What To Expect
As part of the pastoral leadership staff here at The Point, it is my goal to make your first experience one that you feel welcomed, at home, and comfortable. I understand how uncomfortable it is to enter a new atmosphere, especially when you have preconceived notions about how things should be, or usually are.
The Point tries to break the mold of the traditional American church. We are about being Christ’s church, gathering together on Sunday’s and throughout the week. We are not about dress codes, or policies and guidelines. We are all about relationships, growth, and community.
All of our Sunday Gatherings have classes available for newborn children all the way up to 5th grade. We believe that an atmosphere where you don’t have to worry about the safety, entertainment, and security of your children is important, and that is why we make every effort to take care of those worries for you.
Once you enter the doors at The Point, you will notice one thing right away. We are not here to show off… we’re normal people, just like you. We aim to be high quality in everything we do, but this isn’t a “show.” Our Main Campus is a simple building. It’s a gym with classrooms on the outside hallways… we are simple people, gathering together with one purpose and one reason; to worship Jesus Christ.
